When you quit smoking, you will have no more acid reflux. This is not always such an easy task, of course. You should remember that there are other reasons, aside from acid reflux, to quit smoking. Acid reflux is an extremely uncomfortable condition. For the most part, it doesn’t stop you from functioning, but it certainly gives you quite a bit of discomfort. In general, only the worst attacks seriously impact your everyday life, but this is enough. Thankfully you can do quite a lot to cut down on the acid reflux causes in your life.
