Foods that you eat makes a big difference to
acid reflux of a person. Acid reflux is not a genetic disorder, and people are not born with acid reflux: acid reflux is usually a condition that develops due to lifestyle choices. Many things contribute to the likelihood that a person is affected by acid reflux.
The most common reasons are diets high in fat, and acidic foods, insufficient exercise and stress. Of these three reasons, unhealthy diets are, by far the most common cause of acid reflux.
