Apple Cider Vinegar For Acid Reflux

 Acid reflux is an uncomfortable disease in which a copy of fluid from the stomach of a person or "backs" in his esophagus. This can cause inflammation in the throat, which may cause symptoms such as sore throat, heartburn, or cough.

Apple vinegar has been considered an excellent home remedy for acid reflux since 1958, when it was mentioned in the book "Folk medicine" by the author DC Jarvis.

Take the Apple vinegar as a remedy for acid reflux, simply add a teaspoon or two of cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink while dining. If you want to make it sweeter taste, try to add a bit of honey.

Acid Reflux Disease - Symptoms


The characteristic symptoms of acid reflux disease are a burning pain behind the breastbone (heartburn), which radiate from the bottom up. They occur especially at night when the person is in bed.  

This acidic gastric juice can easily move up into the esophagus.

    

Other Signs of Acid Reflux Disease Are:

     Pressure sensation behind the breastbone
     belching
     difficulty swallowing
     Backflow of food debris
     Nausea and vomiting
     Salty or soapy taste in the mouth by belching
     Heartburn (burning pain behind the breastbone)


The stomach acid can also get into the airways and lead to sinus infections (sinusitis), throat infections (pharyngitis) and hoarseness, chronic bronchitis, cough and bronchial asthma.

Foods That Cause Acid Reflux

Foods that you eat makes a big difference to acid reflux of a person. Acid reflux is not a genetic disorder, and people are not born with acid reflux: acid reflux is usually a condition that develops due to lifestyle choices. Many things contribute to the likelihood that a person is affected by acid reflux.

The most common reasons are diets high in fat, and acidic foods, insufficient exercise and stress. Of these three reasons, unhealthy diets are, by far the most common cause of acid reflux. The good news is that if the food is the problem, correct choice of food can be the solution, which is a more healthy remedy, natural and cheaper for acid reflux that constantly pills of acidity.

Staying away from foods that cause acid reflux does not mean that you have to give up all the food that enjoy though. Once your acid reflux is under control, you can enter some foods in their diet. If you can do it with moderation, you can enjoy more food without experiencing symptoms of painful acid reflux.
