Natural methods to get rid of heartburn

Heartburn is the burning sensation you get in your stomach or chest that can not only be uncomfortable, but painful too. This occurs when stomach acid backs up into the esophagus, causing irritated sensitive tissues. There are many things that cause acid reflux disease or heartburn, but there are natural ways to relieve your symptoms of heartburn.
  
In the herbs you can try is aloe vera juice, ginger, marshmallow, and fennel, as they all act as a buffer to stop heartburn. Here are a few natural remedies for acid reflux.

 When you feel the heartburn that comes from trying to drink a glass of water, as it often helps to alleviate heartburn pain.

Adjust their eating habits, eating more raw vegetables in your diet.. Also, try chewing food at least 30 times before swallowing. This helps make food more palatable when it hits your stomach and helps your digestive system do its job properly.

A raw potato juice in a blender and mixed with an equal amount of water. You should drink immediately after juicing and repeat this process about 3 times a day.
Take a spoonful of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water during meals. Try to avoid other liquids with meals as well.
Pineapple and Papaya are great natural aid to digestion. They can help with acid reflux!.

Sit up after eating instead of lying down. When setting you will find that it increases stomach acid, when you lie down your moving the stomach acid into the esophagus.

If you smoke, quit. Smokers experience heartburn more than nonsmokers.
 If you are overweight, try to lose weight. Start eating less food at meals and throughout the day. Start eating healthier foods too. This will have an immediate effect on your weight loss.

Avoid carbonated beverages, spicy foods, processed foods, fried foods and spicy foods. All this may cause a case of heartburn and seem to be a major cause of acid reflux disease... Avoid foods that trigger your personal heartburn... Even if they are not in the common list of foods that trigger heartburn, but always seem to start your heartburn, avoid - or seek alternatives to them.

Use gravity to your advantage and raise your head at night if you have heartburn during sleep.. You can use a wedge under your back or raise the head of the bed..
