What Kind of Food Causes Acid Reflux?

Basically there are some foods that effect different people and in different ways. Acid Reflux - Heartburn Causing Foods

Heartburn and acid reflux symptoms can usually be greatly reduced simply by changing or adjusting your diet and lifestyle.
